• Maintains information in clients' charts and enters data into the EHR and County billing system.
• Handles admissions, discharges and periodic assessments per Penny Lane and DMH guidelines.
• Performs clerical and reception tasks: filing, copying, faxing, answering calls, generating data reports and providing language interpretation.
