Trinity Health IHA Medical Group is seeking a compassionate Clinical Support Assistant to support providers in delivering patient care. You will assist with patient intake, document medical records, and act as a liaison between patients and providers.

You will welcome and prepare patients, collect vital signs, and schedule appointments while ensuring smooth collaboration with clinical staff. The role involves maintaining supplies and assisting with lifting when necessary.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• CNA, EMT, PCT, etc. preferred.
• Valid CPR certification preferred.

Responsabilités

• Welcome and prepare patients for appointments.
• Collect and document patient histories, vital signs, and health information.
• Collaborate with clinical and office staff.
• Schedule patient appointments per office protocols.
• Share patient information with providers.
• Maintain medical supply inventory in clinical areas.
• Assist with lifting of patients and medical equipment when required.
