Trinity Health IHA Medical Group is seeking a compassionate Clinical Support Assistant to support providers in delivering exceptional patient care at the clinic level. You will assist with patient intake, documentation, and act as a liaison between patients and providers.

Responsibilities include welcoming patients, taking histories and vitals, coordinating with staff, scheduling appointments, and maintaining supplies. CPR certification and related program completion are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (or between 15-17 with a valid work permit).
• Current CNA, EMT, PCT, etc. certification preferred.

Responsabilités

• Welcome and prepare patients for appointments.
• Collect and document patient histories, vital signs, and health information.
• Work collaboratively with other clinical and office staff.
• Schedule patient appointments per office protocols.
• Share patient information with providers.
• Maintain medical supply inventory in clinical areas.
• Assist with lifting of patients and medical equipment when required.
