Headquartered in Paterson, NJ, Straight and Narrow is the largest program of its kind. We provide innovative and compassionate services to individuals struggling with substance use and co-occurring disorders. We are looking for dedicated, caring and compassionate people to work in our Residential/Outpatient Treatment Facilities and Community Programs.
Position: Clinical Supervisor (Women's Treatment)
Hours: Monday- Friday and one late night (flexibility needed)
Location: Secaucus, New Jersey
Job Summary:
A Clinical Supervisor is responsible for supervising and monitoring the work of the counselors who report to him/her and ensuring that the clients on their supervisees’ caseloads receive high-quality substance abuse treatment services. They are also responsible for ensuring that their supervisees meet all of Straight & Narrow’s personnel requirements and for assuming other responsibilities that may fall under the purview of the supervisory team.
Qualifications:
Master’s degree in social work, counseling, human services, or psychology with an LCADC, and an LPC or LCSW, minimum of two years’ experience in the field of addictions treatment are required. Experience in Medically Assisted Treatment and CCS preferred but not required.
