Clinical Supervisor - White Deer Run York/Davies

PURPOSE STATEMENT: Provide supervision and training of clinical staff to ensure delivery of quality services to the patient.

Responsibilities
  1. Supervise and coordinate multidisciplinary and support staff in mental health services.
  2. Provide daily administrative oversight and technical supervision of licensed clinical staff.
  3. Facilitate care coordination to ensure access to needed services.
  4. Review case records for completeness, quality, and compliance with mandates.
  5. Assist in planning, developing, and implementing programs, policies, and procedures.
  6. Review and assess client treatment plans and clinical records.
  7. Complete required documentation such as intake forms, progress notes, and discharge summaries.
  8. Maintain documentation of client contacts, care coordination, and community contacts ethically and organizationally.
  9. Conduct treatment plan reviews as needed.
  10. Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards clients and resolve complaints proactively.
Other Functions
  • Perform other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Behavioral Health or related field required; Master’s preferred.
  • At least three years’ clinical experience in a health or human service setting.
  • Minimum one year working directly with the facility’s patient population.
Licenses/Certifications
  • Certification or licensure as required by the state.
  • CPR and de-escalation/restraint certification (training provided upon hire).
  • First aid may be required depending on state or facility policies.
