Job summary

Thriveworks is actively seeking licensed clinicians in Texas to provide supervision and telehealth services. This role allows fully remote supervision within TX, with a minimum caseload and structured supervision hours.

The position supports clinicians in building a robust clinical practice while participating in a collaborative clinical community. Qualified candidates will hold an LPC or LCSW license in Texas and be committed to supervision of resident clinicians, with competitive compensation

Qualifications

• Must hold full LPC license in good standing in Texas or be actively pursuing credentialing.
• Must be willing to provide supervision to a minimum of six resident clinicians.
• Experience with telehealth and EHR systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision to a minimum of six resident clinicians weekly.
• Provide weekly group supervision and individual supervision for every 10 clinical hours.
• Maintain a clinical caseload with at least 10 hours of client availability per week.
• Provide documentation oversight and coaching on professional and clinical development.
• Complete weekly supervision and disciplinary documentation; collaborate with Regional Clinical Director.

Clinical Supervisor - TX - LPC or LCSW **MUST be credentialed or willing to be credentialed at the following location with the specific license type: LPC or LCSW Can supervise fully remote from any location within the state of TX; however, must reside permanently within the state of TX Thriveworks is currently seeking Licensed Clinicians to provide clinical supervision and telehealth sessions with patients in Texas. This role is eligible for a competitive ramp stipend for clinicians offering 30+ hours of availability per week. A mix of telehealth sessions and face-to-face sessions with patients is available at the following locations: Cedar Park, TX Irving, TX San Antonio (Broadway), TX The Woodlands

Key Responsibilities

• Provision of supervision to a minimum of six (6) resident clinicians.
• Provision of weekly group supervision.
• Provision of individual supervision to each resident clinician for every 10 clinical hours.
• This would equate to a minimum of 7 hours/week for a supervisor, which varies depending on the Resident caseload size.
• Willing to maintain a clinical caseload of seeing clients with at least 10 hours of availability per week (not a supervision-only position)
• Willingness to provide documentation oversight
• Coaching on the professional and clinical development of the resident clinician
• Completion of weekly documentation as evidence of supervision sessions.
• Completion of coaching documentation regarding any disciplinary or performance concerns.
• Collaboration with the Regional Clinical Director regarding any performance issues.

Supervisor Requirements for LPC or LCSW in TX

• LPC Requirements: Must hold a full LPC license in good standing for 60 months, complete the 40 clock hour supervision training, and submit an application
• LCSW Requirements: Must be actively licensed for two years, file the required application, complete the 40 clock hour supervision training, three hours of continuing education

Supervision Compensation

For Clinical Caseload: Clinician will receive Fee For Service rates with bonus potential (ex. 90837 could be $48.70 to $56.49 depending on caseload) For Supervision: Provider will be compensated at a rate of seventy dollars and sixty-seven ($70.67) per Individual Supervision session. In the event that the 90837‑session code compensation is greater than the individual supervision rate, the 90837 rate (vs code) will be used. The provider will receive a code to document their supervision hours and will be required to complete the recording documentation of such supervision.

We handle the administrative work so you can focus on what you do best: providing exceptional care. That means credentialing, billing, scheduling, and marketing support taken care of for you, plus paid orientation and training to get you started. You'll build a full caseload within 90 days of credentialing, with flexible scheduling available seven days a week from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. ET.
