Job summary

Thriveworks is seeking a licensed clinician in Texas to provide clinical supervision and telehealth services. The role supports supervision of resident clinicians, maintains a partial caseload, and collaborates with regional leadership.

You must hold or be willing to credential as an LPC or LCSW in TX, be consistently available, and engage in coaching, documentation, and performance reviews. Thriveworks offers comprehensive support and training.

Qualifications

• Must hold a TX LPC or LCSW license or be willing to credential.
• Experience supervising resident clinicians and coaching professionals.
• Familiar with telehealth platforms and documentation practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision to a minimum of six resident clinicians.
• Offer weekly group supervision and individual supervision per caseload.
• Maintain a clinical caseload of at least 10 hours per week.
• Oversee documentation and coaching on disciplinary or performance concerns.
• Collaborate with Regional Clinical Director on performance issues.
• Support credentialing, scheduling, and client access logistics.
