McKinley Children's Center in Palmdale, CA is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to oversee clinical staff, ensure quality of care, and promote staff development in alignment with the agency’s H.U.M.A.N. values. The role requires Master’s degree and 5+ years in DMH settings with licensure progress.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required; DMH-contracted mental health experience preferred
• 2+ years post BBS licensure; supervisory experience preferred
• Minimum 5 years of experience in DMH-contracted mental health settings

Responsibilities

• Ensure regulatory compliance of Mental Health Clinicians and delivery of services per best practices
• Provide individual and group supervision for Mental Health Clinicians
• Collaborate with QA and Compliance to ensure documentation standards
• Coordinate with other department managers to improve communication and mutual support
• Monitor program adherence to governing bodies and ensure quality treatment plans
• Provide crisis intervention and respond to clinical emergencies
• Remain on call for emergencies and perform other duties as assigned
