McKinley, a respected child welfare organization in Southern California, is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to oversee clinicians and SUD services. The role focuses on ensuring quality care, regulatory compliance, and professional development across multiple sites, including Palmdale.

Required are a Master’s in a related field and CA BBS licensure with at least 5 years in behavioral health and 2 years of supervisory experience. Competitive benefits and growth opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related field.
• Active, unrestricted CA BBS licensure (LCSW/LMFT/LPCC).
• Minimum 5 years in county-contracted behavioral health settings.
• Minimum 2 years post-licensure clinical experience.
• Minimum 2 years supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience providing or supervising SUD treatment services.
• Experience with co-occurring populations preferred.
• Knowledge of Medi-Cal/DHCS requirements for SUD services.

Responsabilités

• Ensure clinicians and direct reports comply with regulatory standards.
• Provide supervision for Mental Health Clinicians per requirements.
• Collaborate with QA and Compliance to ensure documentation accuracy.
• Work with clinicians and Director to follow program guidelines.
• Monitor program compliance with governing bodies.
• Review care records for required treatment documentation.
• Guide risk assessment and higher level of care coordination.
• Support integration of mental health and SUD treatment.

Formation

Master’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related field

Active, unrestricted California BBS licensure (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC)

Minimum of 5 years of experience in county-contracted behavioral health settings

Minimum of 2 years post-licensure clinical experience

Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience

Experience providing or supervising SUD treatment services

Experience with co-occurring populations

Knowledge of Medi-Cal/DHCS requirements for SUD services
