Beyond Addiction – Substance Abuse Treatment Center in Carbondale, PA is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to oversee clinical staff, ensure delivery of high-quality treatment services, and maintain compliance with state and federal regulations.

This leadership role includes supervising counselors, reviewing care plans, conducting weekly supervision sessions, and collaborating with the Clinical Director to advance program outcomes in a trauma-informed, culturally competent environment.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in psychology, social work, counseling or related field.
• Pennsylvania license required (LPC/LCSW/LMFT or similar); CCS preferred or willing to obtain within one year.
• Minimum 3 years in substance abuse treatment; at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Knowledge of clinical treatment modalities and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct clinical supervision to counselors, interns, and staff.
• Ensure clinical documentation meets standards set by DHS, DDAP, CARF.
• Oversee case assignments, treatment planning, and client progress reviews.
• Facilitate weekly clinical supervision meetings and staff development.
• Participate in recruitment, training, and evaluation of clinical personnel.
• Maintain a limited caseload and provide direct services when needed.
• Ensure trauma-informed and culturally competent client care.
• Support program audits, compliance reviews, and quality initiatives.
• Collaborate with Clinical Director and admin team to improve outcomes.
