The Phoenix Recovery Center in Utah seeks a fully licensed clinician to provide clinical supervision to associate-level clinicians. The role blends direct clinical care with supervision, supporting licensure progress and professional development within a collaborative, multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Master’s-level clinical degree from an accredited program.
• Fully licensed in Utah (LCSW/LCMHC/LMFT or equivalent).
• Experience supervising or mentoring clinicians preferred.
• Experience in substance use and/or mental health treatment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision to associate-level clinicians.
• Provide individual and/or group therapy as needed.
• Maintain a manageable caseload and support case conceptualization, documentation, and professional development.
• Ensure services meet Phoenix standards and licensing requirements.
• Collaborate with clinical leadership and treatment team.
