Starting Pay: $95,000 - $100,000 annually
$5000 Hiring Bonus available!
Responsibilities
Essential Functions:
- Facilitate behavior programs for individuals with severe challenging behaviors based on ABA principles. Conduct assessments, provide parent education, develop intervention activities, and liaise with families, community, and healthcare providers. Support both center-based and home-based services.
- Perform evaluations, case management reviews, quality assurance reviews, and audits within assigned caseload, meeting productivity goals.
- Lead or attend staff meetings, prepare training materials, develop protocols, and provide staff training and development, including certifications.
- Manage and evaluate staff performance, provide onboarding and ongoing training, and oversee recruitment processes.
- Attend conferences and trainings to stay current on research and trends in autism and related fields.
- Serve as liaison between the organization, families, and community agencies, addressing questions and concerns.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Education:
- Master’s degree in ABA or related field
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification, maintained for at least 2 years
- Current CPR certification
Experience:
- At least 5 years working with individuals with ASD, managing severe behaviors, in a multidisciplinary setting
- 1-3 years supervisory experience
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Expertise in ABA methodologies and current research
- Proficiency in Functional Behavioral Assessments and intervention plans
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Strong judgment, decision-making, and professionalism
- Excellent communication skills and ability to relate to children and families
- Discretion and confidentiality
- Ability to pass physical, TB, and background checks, and to travel locally
Physical Requirements (ADA compliant):
- Occasional lifting up to 30 lbs.
- Constant sitting; occasional standing, walking, and other physical activities
- Repetitive keyboard and phone use
