Starting Pay: $90,000-$100,000/year
$5,000 Hiring Bonus available!!!!
Responsibilities
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Facilitates behavior programs for individuals with severe challenging behaviors based on ABA principles. Conducts functional behavioral assessments, experimental functional analysis, provides parent education, develops intervention activities, and acts as a liaison among organization, families, and community providers.
- Conducts evaluations, case management reviews, quality assurance reviews, and audits for assigned caseloads, meeting productivity requirements.
- Leads or attends staff meetings, prepares training materials, develops protocols for assessments and research, and provides staff development training as assigned.
- Ensures clarity of responsibilities among staff, manages and evaluates team performance, provides onboarding and ongoing training, and prepares staff for certifications.
- Assists in recruitment and selection of new staff in collaboration with HR and supervises involved staff.
- Attends conferences and trainings to stay current on research and trends in autism and related fields.
- Acts as a liaison with families, community agencies, schools, and healthcare providers, addressing questions and concerns.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Education:
- Master’s degree in ABA or a related field.
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification, maintained for at least 2 years.
- Current CPR certification.
Experience:
- 5 years working with individuals with ASD in a clinical setting, managing severe behaviors; 1-3 years supervisory experience.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Expertise in ABA methodologies and current research.
- Proficiency in Functional Behavioral Assessments and intervention planning.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office and policy interpretation.
- Good judgment, professionalism, effective communication, and confidentiality.
- Ability to pass physical, TB tests, vaccinations, background checks, and drug testing.
- Ability to travel locally, maintain driving records, auto insurance, and vehicle registration.
Physical Requirements (ADA compliant):
- Occasional lifting up to 30 lbs., standing, walking, and frequent sitting.
- Repetitive keyboard and phone use, environmental hazard exposure.
