Qualifications

MA or Doctoral degree in clinical field meeting licensing criteria.
Licensed or eligible to provide clinical supervision in California (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, Ph.D. or PsyD).
Supervised experience in individual, group, and family psychotherapy with severely emotionally disturbed.
Post-licensure with supervisory experience.
Strong knowledge of psychodynamics and DSM diagnosis.
Maintains all required licenses/certifications.
Must travel between sites; driving is essential; own vehicle; CA driver's license; valid insurance.

Responsibilities

Provide administrative and clinical supervision (individual and group) to clinical staff.
Provide hands-on direct service tasks as needed.
Serve on LPS rotation and complete DMH LPS Certification training.
Ensure compliance with licensing and certification requirements.
Coordinate travel between sites as required.
