Center for Family Services in Camden County, NJ is hiring a full‑time Clinical Supervisor dedicated to improving outcomes for vulnerable children and families. The role oversees the Tier 3 clinical team, coordinates services, and uses data to drive quality improvement within school and community programs.

The ideal candidate holds NJ licensure (LCSW/LPC/LCMHC), has 4+ years of counseling experience with at‑risk youth, and can collaborate with schools and external partners to enhance services.

Qualifikationen

• Must be licensed as LCSW, LPC, or LCMHC in NJ.
• 4+ years’ experience as a counselor/therapist for at‑risk youth.
• Experience completing assessments and brief interventions with youth and families.
• Preference for Motivational Interviewing training; if not trained, must be trained within 60 days of hire.
• Demonstrated ability to develop relationships with families and schools.

Aufgaben

• Oversee Tier 3 clinical supervision and team coaching.
• Lead weekly case conferences and clinical oversight.
• Ensure compliance with protocols and face‑to‑face contact expectations.
• Monitor Tier 3 performance against quality indicators.
• Manage referrals and incident report processes for Tier 3.
