Job summary

Mercy is seeking a skilled registered nurse to assist in planning, coordinating, implementing, and evaluating operations and patient care in designated areas. The role serves as a clinical resource for staff and patients, and includes responsibilities as a staff nurse with delegated managerial duties.

The ideal candidate will have an accredited nursing degree, an active RN license in the state of practice, and 2–3 years of clinical experience.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Nursing program.
• Must have a current RN Temporary Permit/RN license in the state of practice.
• Two or three years' experience required in patient care.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning, coordination, implementation and evaluation of the operations and patient care in designated areas.
• Serve as a clinical resource for staff and patients in the department.
• Perform duties as a staff nurse and assume delegated managerial duties.
