Job summary

Mercy is seeking a Clinical Supervisor RN for weekend shifts in Manchester, MO. This role supports planning, coordination, and evaluation of patient care, serving as a clinical resource and stepping in as staff nurse when required.

Ideal candidates will have an RN license in good standing, 2–3 years of patient care, and supervisory or management experience. A BSN is preferred, CRRN certification is a plus, and rehabilitation experience is valued.

Qualifications

• RN license in the state of practice is required.
• Two to three years of patient care experience required.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred; graduate degree encouraged.
• Supervisory or management experience strongly preferred; rehabilitation experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, coordinating, implementing and evaluating operations and patient care in designated areas.
• Serve as a clinical resource for staff and patients in the department.
