Aiken Regional Medical Centers in Aiken, South Carolina, is seeking a Clinical Nursing Supervisor (RN) for the Cardiac Unit on the Night shift. You will lead direct and indirect nursing care, coordinate a multidisciplinary team, and ensure safe, evidence-based patient outcomes while upholding the unit’s standards and service excellence.

Qualifikationen

• Graduate of an accredited RN program; SC license.
• BLS, ACLS and PALS required (or upon hire); ENPC preferred.
• Minimum 1 year full-time or 3 years part-time acute care nursing; supervisory experience preferred.

The Clinical Nursing Supervisor assumes shift responsibility and accountability for the planning and provision of direct and indirect nursing care to the patient, family, care partner and appropriate others. Coordinates multi-disciplinary team members, directs and facilitates nursing staff in obtaining safe, optimal health care outcomes. Supports activities that meet the facility vision, mission and goals. Provides professional leadership and support to the healthcare team. Qualifications

Job Requirements:

Education requirements: Graduate of an accredited or NLN-approved RN program. BSN preferred.
Work experience requirements: Minimum of one-year full-time or three-years part-time experience in acute care specialty nursing. One to three years supervisory experience preferred.
Required licenses/ certifications/courses Current South Carolina or qualifying compact state nursing license. BLS, ACLS and PALS (upon hire); NRP and TNCC (within 6 months). ENPC preferred.
Required skills, knowledge and abilities: Must successfully pass any pre-employment assessment(s) required by the facility.
