Northshore Home Health Care in Springfield, MO is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to lead nursing staff and ensure safe, high-quality patient care while optimizing resources.
The role requires an RN with current license and 3–5 years of hospital experience, plus BLS/TNCC/ACLS/ENPC/PALS certifications; Bachelor's preferred. You will mentor staff and ensure policy adherence.
The Clinical Supervisor ensures the delivery of safe, high-quality, and cost-effective patient care by competent staff. They collaborate with administrative personnel, physicians, and co-workers to improve processes and optimize resource utilization.
They oversee staffing to ensure appropriate patient care, actively manage patient flow and bed assignments, and model professional standards. The supervisor provides mentorship, encourages leadership, and promotes change through effective communication and engagement. They hold care providers accountable for responsibilities, adhere to policies and regulations, and participate in staff evaluations in collaboration with the Clinical Manager.
Requires a graduate from an accredited nursing program, current RN licensure, and 3-5 years hospital nursing experience. Certification in healthcare provider courses such as BLS, TNCC, ACLS, ENPC, or PALS is needed. Demonstrates strong communication, clinical competence, data assessment, and leadership abilities. A Bachelor's degree in Nursing is preferred.
