Schedule: Full-Time, Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm + an admin on-call rotation
Sign-On Bonus: $15,000.00

As a RN Clinical Supervisor, you’ll manage the coordination, supervision, and implementation of professional and supportive hospice services in a safe, cost-effective manner. You'll lead a care team with purpose, guide new team members through orientation, and provide vital education on clinical practice, regulations, and reimbursement updates. You’ll play a critical role in ensuring every patient receives the highest quality of care throughout their journey.

Qualifications

A heart to serve patients and families and a passion for providing the best possible care

  • Education: Graduate of an accredited nursing school (BSN preferred). Current state license as a registered nurse.
  • Experience: 2-3 years of supervisory experience as a registered nurse in an appropriate clinical care setting, home health, or hospice environment (preferred). Evidence of clinical and supervisory knowledge and experience appropriate to the assigned supervision responsibilities. Homecare Homebase EMR experience preferred.
  • Required: Reliable transportation. Ability to sit, stand, bend, move intermittently and lift at least 80-100 lbs and bear the weight of an average adult effectively.
