Job summary

Parkview Health in Fort Wayne, IN seeks a Nurse Supervisor responsible for overall supervision and operations of the designated office(s). You will work with management to ensure all policies, procedures and programs align with the goals of the line of business.

Requirements include being a graduate of a school of professional nursing, a valid RN license with CPR certification, and at least 3 years of office-based experience (supervisory preferred).

Qualifications

• 3 years’ experience in an office setting or related field; supervisory experience preferred.
• Electronic medical record experience preferred.
• Staff scheduling experience preferred.

Other Qualifications

Must have solid verbal and written communication skills. Knowledge of clinical operations, service excellence, clinical quality and education initiatives. Must be familiar with computers.
