Aspire Indiana Health is a nonprofit provider of comprehensive “whole health” services including primary medical care, behavioral health, recovery services and programs addressing the social drivers of health such as housing and employment. Aspire has health centers in four Central Indiana counties serving Hoosiers of all ages and walks of life.

Position Summary

The Clinical Supervisor - Residential will facilitate, coordinate, and evaluate the clinical services of Mockingbird Hill Recovery Center. This position provides supervision to assigned direct care staff, maintains consistent communication, monitors caseload assignments, and ensures quality of services and documentation while supporting Aspire’s mission, vision, values, and strategic priorities. This position works collaboratively with other Aspire management, most specifically the Clinical Manager.

  • Coordinate referrals, staff assignments, and recommended services and assign staff to cases
  • Provide direct care services and/or follow-up services to clients in recovery as needed
  • Coordinate with clients to assess and identify goals for a person-centered treatment plan for services
  • Provide care management and/or skills training services to individuals and/or in a group setting toward achievement of overall goals; some evening hours required
  • Utilize evidence-supported curriculum/practices and assist clients in accessing and participating in technology-assisted care
  • Ensure documentation quality and accurate billing via audit, supervision, and education of assigned staff
  • Help coordinate coverage for direct reports

Education/Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, or a directly-related human service field from an accredited university required
  • Three (3) years related work experience required with at least one (1) year of experience leading a team highly preferred
  • Experience in providing community based services
  • Experience with MRO or Recovery Works programming a plus
  • Knowledge and application of utilizing social service systems (Medicaid, Social Security, Corrections, etc) highly preferred
