Job summary

Wellington Regional Medical Center, part of the Universal Health Services network, is seeking a Clinical Supervisor RN for Interventional Radiology. The role is full-time, days only, with a $15,000 sign-on bonus and benefits. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 7:00am–3:30pm, with on-call and holiday coverage as needed.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an RN program accredited through ACEN, CCNE, or CNEA.

• ACLS, PALS, NRP and/or required specialty training (current upon hire).

Responsibilities

• Assumes shift responsibility and directs nursing care for patients and family.
• Coordinates multi-disciplinary team members to achieve safe, optimal outcomes.
• Provides professional leadership aligned with the facility vision and goals.

Clinical Supervisor Registered Nurse (RN)- Interventional Radiology- Fulltime- SIGN ON BONUS- $15,000

This opportunity is full-time at 40 hours per week, offers full benefits and a day shift schedule. There is opportunity for overtime and to cover various shifts if interested.

Schedule: Monday-Friday 7am-3:30pm. Requirement for Call, Holiday Coverage

Role and Responsibilities

Assumes shift responsibility and accountability for the planning and provision of direct and indirect nursing care to the patient, family, care partner and appropriate others. Coordinates multi-disciplinary team members, directs and facilitates nursing staff in obtaining safe, optimal health care outcomes. Supports activities that meet the facility vision, mission and goals. Provides professional leadership and support to the healthcare team. The concepts of Patient Centered Care will provide the foundation for all nursing care. Demonstrates Service Excellence standards at all times.

Maintains currency in stroke knowledge by completing the NIHSS training and a minimum of 8 hours of stroke related training annually.
