Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Clinical Supervisor, located on-site in the Columbus, Ohio Metropolitan Area. The Clinical Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and providing guidance to counseling staff, managing the Recovery Choices Treatment Center operation (e.g., oversees staff productivity & client services, billable services), implementing, and ensuring quality service delivery. Responsibilities also include providing direct clinical supervision & staff training, maintaining compliance with regulatory standards (i.e., CARF, OhioMHAS), and collaborating with other organizational professionals to improve client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Human Services field
• Two (2) years' experience in Substance Use, Mental Health program oversight
• Strong Supervisory and Clinical Supervision skills
• Experience in Case Management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW) or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC)
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
• Experience in evidence-based practices and program implementation is highly advantageous

Salary negotiable based on Education, credentials & experience. Alvis total compensation includes: Bonus potential based on achieving established goals; paid leave (vacation, sick); competitive health insurance options including dental, vision, Wellness; supplemental insurance coverage through Allstate Insurance Co.
