Job summary

Nexus Family Healing in Rochester, MN is seeking a Clinical Supervisor for the Southeast Regional Crisis Center (SERCC). You will oversee, lead, and develop staff while guiding daily operations to meet census projections and deliver high-quality care.

The role requires a Master’s degree and active licensure, supervision experience, and a commitment to equity. On-site four days per week with one remote day, competitive salary and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in relevant field required.
• Must be on track for licensure; if on social work track, must have LGSW.
• Experience in adolescent, adult, and family-based behavioral counseling and/or clinical experience required.
• Valid driver's license required; must meet state driving regulations.
• Must pass DHS criminal background check.
• Must be open to meeting cultural needs of diverse individuals/communities.

Responsibilities

• Clinical Operations: Develop and manage policies to ensure effective client care and foster trauma-informed culture.
• Strategy & Quality: Use data to assess service trends, risks and outcomes; oversee processes and team performance.
• Client Services: Lead evaluations, treatment planning, and ensure licensing compliance; maintain documentation.
• Staff Leadership: Hire, train, mentor staff; provide feedback and support professional growth.
• Compliance & Safety: Ensure confidentiality, promote respectful communication, monitor health and safety; encourage diversity and inclusion.
