Job summary

Center for Human Development in Springfield, MA is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to lead our Pine Street outpatient clinic. This role provides leadership, daily operations oversight, and clinical guidance to master's-level and licensed clinicians, interns, and staff, ensuring coordinated, client-centered care.

The position carries a 15–20 client caseload in addition to administrative duties such as chart reviews, documentation oversight, data reporting, and quality improvement efforts.

Qualifications

• Degree in behavioral health required.
• LICSW required.
• Understanding of evidence based practices (MI, DBT, CBT, ACRA, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to Pine Street outpatient clinic.
• Oversight of daily operations and clinical guidance to clinicians and interns.
• Conduct regular clinical supervision and ensure adherence to best practices and funder requirements.
• Perform chart reviews, documentation oversite, data reporting, and contribute to quality improvement.
• Hold a small caseload of 15–20 clients in addition to administrative tasks.
