Position Overview

The Clinical Supervisor is a member of the unit-based leadership team. This role involves supervising nursing operations within a specific unit. In the absence of the Manager or Director, the Clinical Supervisor may assume 24-hour nursing responsibility. The role works with a unit-specific patient population.

Minimum Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited nursing school
• Current Georgia RN license or Multistate license (NLC/eNLC)
• Certification in Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
• At least two years of experience as a Registered Nurse
• One year of experience in a clinical specialty
• Additional certifications such as ACLS, PALS, NRP, or other relevant clinical certifications
• Visual color acuity relevant to the role and unit
