Job summary

ProMedica Monroe Physicians seeks an RN Clinical Supervisor for Monroe Pediatrics. You will lead clinical staff, work with medical leadership to ensure smooth operations and high-quality service, and plan staff development activities including coaching. You will ensure inventory processes are in place and monitor the budget to support efficient care.

The role requires an active Michigan RN license, 2+ years supervisory experience, and ACLS certification within 6 months. A BSN is preferred.

Qualifications

• RN license active in Michigan.
• 2+ years supervisory/administrative experience.
• ACLS certification within 6 months of hire.
• BSN degree preferred.
