Job summary

Meridian Counseling is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to oversee supervisees and ensure high-quality client care. The role includes conducting regular supervision, guiding treatment planning, and supporting professional development within a growing Westside group practice.

The ideal candidate holds a master’s or doctoral degree in psychology, social work, or counseling, and a valid clinical license (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, PhD, or PsyD). Leadership and collaboration skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in psychology, social work, or counseling.
• Licensed LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, PhD, or PsyD.
• Experience supervising clinicians in healthcare or mental health settings.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide regular clinical supervision to supervisees (AMFT, ACSWs, APCCs).
• Oversee client care quality, treatment planning and coordination.
• Support professional development and performance feedback for supervisees.
• Ensure compliance with ethical standards and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with HR and administration to address issues and improve supervision outcomes.
