Job summary

Ellie Mental Health in Georgetown, DC, is seeking a DC-licensed Mental Health Supervisor to lead clinical supervision, mentorship, and staff development while maintaining a full clinical caseload. You will guide case conceptualization, diagnostics, treatment planning, and evidence-based therapy, promote ethical practice and risk management, and partner with leadership on program development.

Qualifications

Master’s or doctoral degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related field.
Active DC license for independent practice: LCPC, LICSW, or Psychologist.
Experience in clinical supervision, therapist mentoring, or behavioral health consultation preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide clinical supervision, mentorship, and training to graduate-level clinicians and counseling interns, consistent with licensure requirements.
Guide case conceptualization, diagnostic assessments, treatment planning, and evidence-based therapy.
Promote ethical practice, clinical documentation, risk assessment, and crisis intervention.
Lead clinical consultation, staff training, and professional development.
Support clinician performance, growth, and retention.
Partner with leadership on clinical quality, team culture, and program development.
Maintain a full-time therapy caseload alongside supervisory duties.
