Job summary

Mercy is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to lead daily clinical operations, staffing, patient flow, and quality initiatives in our hospital setting. You will mentor teams, drive professional development, and ensure safe, compassionate care aligned with Mercy's mission.

You'll collaborate with providers and interdisciplinary teams, maintain regulatory compliance, and champion continuous improvement, service recovery, and patient satisfaction while balancing quality care and resource stewardship.

Qualifications

• RN license required.
• BSN preferred.
• Minimum 3-5 years of hospital nursing experience.
• Leadership, charge nurse, or supervisory experience preferred.
• AHA Healthcare Provider certification required upon hire or within probationary period.

• Lead and oversee patient care delivery, ensuring care is coordinated according to patient needs and staff competencies.
• Manage staffing resources to support safe patient care, operational efficiency, and optimal patient flow.

Licensure

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license required.

Experience

• Minimum of 3-5 years of hospital nursing experience required.
• Previous leadership, charge nurse, or supervisory experience preferred.

Certifications

• AHA Healthcare Provider certification required upon hire or within the probationary period.
• ACLS, TNCC, and ENPC or PALS certifications as applicable to the department.
