Job summary

LynchburgComprehensive Treatment Center, part of Acadia Healthcare, seeks a Clinical Supervisor to lead an OTP team in Lynchburg, VA. You will supervise clinicians, ensure quality care, and maintain compliance with regulations while guiding treatment planning and staff development.

Qualified candidates hold a Master’s degree in a behavioral field, LPC/LCSW/LMFT or equivalent, and have 2+ years of counseling plus 1+ year in supervision. A strong MAT background is required.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in behavioral or related field is required.
• 2 years of supervised substance use/addiction counseling experience required.
• 1 year supervisory experience required; leadership in recovery settings preferred.
• Knowledge of MAT protocols and evidence-based practices essential.
• Regulatory and accreditation standards knowledge emphasized.

Responsibilities

• Supervise clinical staff in an outpatient MAT program.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and policies.
• Review treatment plans and conduct chart audits as needed.
• Recruit, hire and train qualified clinical staff.
• Liaise with medical, case management and peer staff for coordinated care.
• Lead crisis intervention and maintain ethical clinical conduct.
