This role provides direct oversight of clinical staff, ensures adherence to treatment standards, and supports a structured, patient-centered care environment focused on recovery and long-term stabilization.

Knowledge, Skills And Abilities

• Knowledge of state and federal compliance standards for addiction treatment

• Prior supervisory experience strongly preferred
