Pinnacle Treatment Centers, Inc. is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to lead clinical services and supervise counselors in a setting focused on recovery.

In this role you will partner with the Executive Director to maintain a therapeutic environment for residents and oversee the counseling department. The position requires a Master’s degree and licensure or eligibility (LPC/LCSW/LMFT/LSAT), with experience in substance use disorders; in-person or hybrid work options are available to accommodate

Formación

• Master’s degree in counseling or related field.
• Licensed or eligible for LPC/LCSW/LMFT/LSAT licensure.
• Experience with substance use disorders.
• Opioid treatment experience preferred.
• Supervision of licensed eligible employees preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Assesses and develops overall clinical services.
• Oversees counseling department staffing.
• Provides in-service training to clinical staff on regularly scheduled basis.
• Monitors clinical records for quality and regulatory compliance.
• Maintains CSAC accreditation for clinical care.
• Manages a caseload and covers for absent counselors as needed.

Pay Range: $35- $40

Must be LPC, LCSW , LMFT , or LSAT

As a Clinical Supervisor, you play a direct role in saving the lives of our patients each day by serving our residents in a safe environment promoting long term recovery. You will partner with the Executive Director to establish and maintain a therapeutic environment and routine for our residents.

Requirements

• Master’s degree
• LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor), LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker), LMFT (Licensed Marriage & Family Therapists), or LSAT
• Experience with substance use disorders
• Experience with opioid treatment preferred
• Ability to supervise licensed eligible employees preferred

Responsibilities

• Assesses and develops overall clinical services.
• Oversees counseling department staffing.
• Provides in-service training to clinical staff on regularly scheduled basis.
• Monitors clinical records regularly for quality and compliance with State, Federal, and any grant/funding source regulations. Conducts mock inspections.
• Responsible for maintaining CSAC accreditation status for all clinical aspects of care.
• Manages a caseload and fills in for absent counselors as needed.
