LifeStance Health is hiring licensed therapists for outpatient offices in Washington State. The role supports both individual and couples therapy with a hybrid schedule between office and home.

We offer competitive compensation, a sign-on bonus, and a W2 employed position with a comprehensive benefits package, 401K match, and generous paid parental leave. Weekly scheduling flexibility supports work/life balance.

Competenze

• Fully licensed in Washington State as LMHC, LMFT, or LCSW/LICSW.
• Experience with adult and/or child/adolescent populations.
• Ability to provide individual and/or couples therapy and supervision.

Location and Schedule:

• Lakewood, WA
• Locations are throughout the area to make commuting easier
• Beautifully designed offices that are thoughtfully laid out
• Monday - Friday with weekends optional
• Flexible Schedule to accommodate work/life balance and personal schedules
• Hybrid Schedule between office and home
• Full In office

Therapist are a critical part of our clinician team. We are seeking Therapists that are:

• Fully Licensed in Washington State as one of the following:
• Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)
• Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT)
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW, LICSW)
• Must be a Washington State Approved Clinician Supervisor (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT)
• Experienced with Adult and/ or child and adolescent populations
• Individual and or couples therapy
• Blended role of both clinical supervision and therapy
