LifeStance Health in Washington State is seeking licensed therapists for outpatient offices. Roles offer hybrid schedules, part-time and full-time options, and a competitive compensation package with uncapped earning potential.

We provide a sign-on bonus, cash-based incentive plan, comprehensive benefits, 401K with a 4% match, CEUs, paid parental leave, and malpractice insurance. WA licensure and supervisory qualifications are required.

Qualificações

• Fully licensed in Washington State as LMHC, LMFT or LCSW/LICSW.
• Must be WA Approved Clinician Supervisor.
• Experience with adult and/or child/adolescent populations; individual and/or couples therapy; blended supervision and therapy.

• Offer individual, family, and/or couples therapy.
• Participate in clinical supervision as part of blended role.

Location and Schedule:

• Lakewood, WA
• Locations are throughout the area to make commuting easier
• Beautifully designed offices that are thoughtfully laid out
• Monday - Friday with weekends optional
• Flexible Schedule to accommodate work/life balance and personal schedules
• Hybrid Schedule between office and home
• Full In office

Therapist are a critical part of our clinician team. We are seeking Therapists that are:

• Fully Licensed in Washington State as one of the following:
• Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)
• Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT)
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW, LICSW)
• Must be a Washington State Approved Clinician Supervisor (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT)
• Experienced with Adult and/ or child and adolescent populations
• Individual and or couples therapy
• Blended role of both clinical supervision and therapy
