The ideal candidate will be a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with strong leadership and interpersonal skills. Compensation for this full-time position ranges from $70,000 to $80,000 annually, alongside excellent benefits including paid time off and 401k matching.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Clinical Supervisor is desired.
• The required licensing/certification to perform this role (LCSW).
• Demonstrate ability to manage others, including handling scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular meetings with staff and advisory boards.
• Oversee training and development of new and existing staff.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Provide strong leadership and guidance to staff regarding scheduling.
