Job summary

Mindify Wellness and Care is expanding its behavioral health programs and seeks an experienced Clinical Supervisor to support therapists, enhance clinical quality, and lead supervision across teams.

The role offers part-time flexibility with periodic onsite responsibilities across New Jersey. The ideal candidate will have a Master’s in social work, an active NJ LCSW, and supervisory credentials, with strong QA and regulatory knowledge.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work or related behavioral health field.
• Active, unrestricted New Jersey LCSW license in good standing.
• Qualified under New Jersey requirements to supervise applicable team members (LCSWs, LSWs, MSW staff, LPCs, LACs, LCADCs).
• Supervisory credentials may include LCSW supervisory qualifications, ACS, and CCS depending on disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision, consultation, coaching, and performance feedback.
• Monitor documentation and aim to close 98% of notes within 48 hours.
• Conduct monthly chart reviews and address documentation gaps.
• Monitor productivity, caseloads, schedules, and appointment availability.
• Coordinate therapist coverage, PTO, and schedule changes.
• Review therapist hours and payroll-related information.
• Support recruitment, interviewing, onboarding, and competency training.
• Monitor licenses, credentials, required training, and regulatory compliance.
• Lead monthly clinical meetings and maintain supervision documentation.
• Assist with risk management and corrective action plans.

Mindify Wellness and Care is a growing behavioral health organization providing accessible, culturally responsive therapy and psychiatric services throughout New Jersey. We are seeking an experienced Clinical Supervisor to support our therapists, strengthen clinical quality, and help develop our expanding behavioral health programs.

This position may begin part-time or full-time and offers opportunities for continued growth and leadership as Mindify expands.

Work Arrangement

This is a primarily remote position with periodic onsite responsibilities at locations throughout New Jersey. Onsite activities may include orientation, training, staff meetings, quality reviews, and other clinical or operational needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision, consultation, coaching, and performance feedback.
• Monitor documentation and work toward closing 98% of notes within 48 hours.
• Conduct monthly chart reviews and address documentation deficiencies.
• Monitor productivity, caseloads, schedules, and appointment availability.
• Coordinate therapist coverage, PTO, and schedule changes.
• Review therapist hours and payroll-related information.
• Support recruitment, interviewing, onboarding, and competency training.
• Monitor licenses, credentials, required training, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work or a related behavioral health field.
• Active, unrestricted New Jersey clinical LCSW license in good standing.
• Qualified under New Jersey requirements to supervise applicable team members, including LCSWs, LSWs, MSW-level staff, LPCs, LACs, and LCADCs.
• Appropriate supervisory credentials may include LCSW supervisory qualifications, ACS, and CCS, depending on the disciplines assigned.
• Previous clinical-supervision or behavioral-health leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of documentation, treatment planning, quality assurance, compliance, and risk management.
• Ability to travel periodically within New Jersey.

Compensation

• Part-time: $45-55per hour
• Full-time: $85,000-100,000 annually

Compensation will be based on experience, licensure, supervisory credentials, schedule, and assigned responsibilities.
