Job summary

Aliado Community Health is seeking an experienced Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our leadership team. This role combines clinical leadership with direct client care, mentoring clinicians while delivering top-quality care to children and families in New Jersey.

The position offers a base salary of $90,000 per year with a performance bonus opportunity up to $10,000, plus comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance, life insurance, PTO, and ongoing leadership development.

Qualifications

• Active New Jersey LCSW license.
• Minimum of three years post-licensure experience as an LCSW.
• New Jersey Clinical Supervisor Certification.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish).
