CLINICAL SUPERVISOR - LABOR & DELIVERY NIGHT SHIFT (FULL TIME)

Responsibilities
  1. Provides shift-to-shift oversight for clinical practice, staffing, patient flow, safety, service, and resource utilization for daily operations. Maintains the environment of care.
  2. Provides competent, caring, and efficient care to patients appropriate to their age.
  3. Models organizational values.
  4. Offers real-time feedback to staff to enhance performance.
  5. Leads or participates in department process improvements to enhance project outcomes.
Qualifications

What We Expect of You

  • BSN required; 1 year charge nurse experience preferred.
  • 2 years of clinical nursing experience preferred.
  • Specialty certification preferred.
  • Completion of unit-specific certifications (e.g., PALS, ACLS, TNCC, NRP, chemotherapy certification).
  • Membership in relevant professional practice organizations is preferred.
