Sarasota Memorial Health Care System is seeking a Clinical Supervisor II in an outpatient physician office setting. This leadership role oversees daily department activities, models positive leadership, and ensures tasks align with organizational goals.

The LPN will provide supervision and accountability for staff in a clinical outpatient environment. Ideal candidate has two years of healthcare experience, an accredited nursing diploma or program, and Florida LPN licensure with BLS/CPR

Qualifications

• Two years of healthcare experience required.
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing or diploma program.
• BLS/CPR certification; or must be obtained within thirty (30) days of hire/transfer date.
• Active State of Florida LPN licensure required.

The Clinical Supervisor II is a leadership opportunity an LPN in outpatient physician office.

Required Qualifications

• Require two (2) years of healthcare experience.
• Require graduate of an accredited school of nursing or a diploma program.
• Require Basic Life Support/CPR certification; or must be obtained within thirty (30) days of hire/transfer date.
• Require an active State of Florida Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) licensure.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prefer two (2) years of leadership experience in a healthcare or physician office setting.
