Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and clinical oversight to Housing Stabilization Case Managers.
• Maintain a person-centered model of care.
• Support case management for residents with complex behavioral health needs.
• Develop and implement protocols for service plans.

Skills

Proficiency in English

Bilingual (Spanish or Haitian Creole) preferred

Education
