Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, and supervise Community Support Providers/Housing Navigation staff.
• Provide biopsychosocial assessments and clinical intakes for shelter guests.
• Facilitate risk management/safety planning with the team.
• Ensure proper documentation and participant eligibility screening.
• Support program development and achieve housing outcome goals.
• Assist with daily operations and client resource connections.
