Integrity House, New Jersey’s oldest nonprofit provider of compassionate care for addiction and mental health, seeks a Clinical Supervisor to oversee supervisees and ensure high-quality care.

The role focuses on administrative, evaluative, clinical, and supportive supervision, with emphasis on compliance with N.J. regulations and CARF accreditation. Part-time or full-time opportunities are available, with generous benefits.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required in related field (clinical social work, mental health counseling, or addiction counseling).
• Supervision credentials CCS or ACS required.
• Minimum 3 years of LCSW practice; 1 year LCADC and 2 years LPC experience preferred.
• Clinical supervision certification through recognized boards or equivalent coursework.

Responsibilities

• Provide weekly clinical supervision to assigned supervisees.
• Document supervision sessions and maintain thorough records.
• Review treatment plans and supervisee assessments.
• Ensure compliance with licensing and accreditation requirements.
• Maintain 1:1 supervision during group facilitation and counseling.
