Thriveworks is currently seeking Licensed Clinicians to provide a mix of clinical supervision, telehealth sessions with patients, and face-to‑face sessions with patients in Dacula, GA. This role is eligible for a competitive ramp stipend for clinicians offering 30+ hours of availability per week.

About the Job

Provision of clinical supervision to an assigned group of Resident Talk Therapists who provide diagnostic assessments, therapy, and counseling in an outpatient setting for a diverse caseload including adults, adolescents, children, couples, and families.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide supervision to a minimum of six resident clinicians, including weekly group supervision and individualized supervision for every 15 clinical hours (minimum 7 hours per week, variable by caseload).
• Maintain a clinical caseload of at least 10 hours of availability per week.
• Provide documentation oversight and coaching on professional and clinical development of residents.
• Complete weekly documentation of supervision sessions and coaching related to any disciplinary or performance concerns.
• Collaborate with the Regional Clinical Director on performance issues.

Qualifications

• Strong character—integrity, honesty, adaptability, and quality of care.
• Ability to assertively coach residents on professional and clinical goals.
• Active license in good standing and residing within the state where supervision is provided.
• Meets state regulatory requirements for supervision, including maintaining required licenses and certifications; preference for those already approved by their state board for supervision.
• Active credentialing with the required Incident‑to panels in the relevant state.

Supervisor Requirements for LCSW in GA

• Licensed as a clinical social worker, professional counselor, marriage and family therapist, psychologist, or psychiatrist.
• Practiced in their specialty for at least 2,000 clock hours over a minimum of 2 years following licensure.

Compensation

• Clinical caseload: Fee‑for‑Service rates with bonus potential (e.g., code 90837 could be $48.58 to $56.35 depending on caseload).
• Supervision: $55.73 per group supervision session and $72.44 per individual supervision session. If the 90837 code compensation exceeds the individual supervision rate, the 90837 rate will be used. Supervisors must document hours using a designated code and complete recording documentation.
