HOW YOU WILL PARTNER WITH THE PARTICIPANTS

The Clinical Supervisor/Facilities Manager oversees daily program operations and collaborates with the clinical team to support and motivate clients throughout their recovery in a respectful, therapeutic manner that is free from abuse and neglect.

THE TYPICAL DAY OF THE FACILITIES MANAGER
  • Provide supervision, training, coaching, discipline, and performance evaluation for Peer and ADT staff.
  • Manage the job scheduling calendar according to state staffing requirements.
  • Oversee the initial intake process for new admissions following agency policies.
  • Create and monitor medication observation logs; administer medication if certified as a Medical Technician.
  • Prepare operations and staff meeting agendas.
  • Oversee facility purchases such as groceries, office supplies, and miscellaneous items.
  • Educate and empower participants to utilize recovery support services and strategies.
  • Attend health-related appointments with participants as needed, promoting self-advocacy and effective communication.
  • Participate in treatment planning, staff, and other service-delivery meetings and trainings.
  • Communicate ideas and concerns to the supervisor to ensure client needs are met.
  • Adhere to HIPAA, ethics, professional boundaries, anti-kickback regulations, and Medicaid laws.
  • Assist in recruiting and orienting new clients.
  • Upload service notes, intake, incident reports, and medication documentation per agency policies.
  • Document medication usage as prescribed by a physician, following state and agency regulations.
QUALIFICATIONS AND DESIRED SKILLS
  • CAC AD credential.
  • Proficiency with electronic management record systems.
  • At least one year of experience in addiction services.
  • Knowledge of and experience with the public MH/DD/SA system.
REQUIRED COMPETENCIES
  • Basic math skills; ability to read, write, and understand the needs of persons served in English.
  • Ability to work as part of a team.
  • Professional and ethical conduct as a role model for staff.
  • Compliance with federal anti-kickback and fraud laws.
  • Maintain therapeutic boundaries with clients, families, and guardians.
  • Knowledge of HIPAA confidentiality regulations.
  • Willingness to learn about prescribed medications.
