Job summary

Virginia Mason Franciscan Health is seeking a Nursing Supervisor to lead clinical functions, oversee initiatives, establish protocols, and drive efficiency across patient care operations.

You'll mentor a multidisciplinary team, promote a culture of excellence, and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards, applying clinical judgment to transform strategic visions into tangible improvements that benefit patients and staff.

Qualifications

• RN license required upon hire and in-state license (WA license referenced).
• Two years’ experience in the same or similar clinical specialty.
• One year Charge nurse or equivalent experience.
• Basic Life Support - CPR, upon hire.
