Job summary

Kelly Pediatric Therapy is seeking a clinical position that serves as a direct service provider at the district and program level, overseeing clinical assistant therapists and students within the district. The role provides clinical and analytical insight to enhance provider and client relationships across designated districts.

The successful candidate will supervise BCBA candidates, coordinate with district representatives, ensure IEP/program needs are met, and support HR processes.

Responsibilities

• Provides consultation and collaboration for KPT providers within district(s) assigned
• Liaison with district representative for behavioral service needs including caseload management, scheduling, ordering testing materials, professional development support and planning
• RBT / BT / PCA supervision & support
• Provide at bi-weekly check ins with behavioral providers and placement supervisors to address policy or compliance issues
• Fieldwork supervision of BCBA candidate
• Direct treatment of independent caseload
• Participate in Child Find process
• Coordinates and collaborates for team meetings and district team building
• Implementation of new program initiatives at district buildings/programs
• Collaborates with recruiting and marketing to increase brand awareness
• Onsite clinical student supervision
• District/Clinical Director Liaison reports regularly to clinical director district needs and concerns
• Manages programs and quality of services at the assigned district level, confirming IEP and program needs
• Other duties as assigned

Basic Functions:

This is a clinical position that is a direct service provider at the district and program level. This role will meet the needs of the respective assigned clients, while also assuring oversight of clinical assistant therapists and students in compliance in the district. This role will provide clinical and analytical insight at the district level to enhance provider and client relationships at the specified district(s)

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provides consultation and collaboration for KPT providers within district(s) assigned
• Liaison with district representative for behavioral service needs including caseload management, scheduling, ordering testing materials, professional development support and planning
• RBT / BT / PCA supervision & support
• Provide at bi-weekly check ins with behavioral providers and placement supervisors (e.g., classroom teachers) to address any policy or compliance issues to be resolved (e.g., attendance, professionalism, etc.); coordinate with the Clinical Director to ensure proper HR processes are carried out accordingly
• Fieldwork supervision of BCBA candidate (as appropriate, and relevant to your district[s]) Rev. 7/00 1 J:COMP-PLN/JOBEVAL/JDQ.DOC
• Direct treatment of independent caseload
• Participate in Child Find process (may include finding/or completing Child Find obligations)
• Coordinates and collaborates for team meetings and district team building

• Collaborates with recruiting and marketing to increase brand awareness and support information sharing
• Onsite clinical student supervision
• District/Clinical Director Liaison reports regularly to clinical director district needs and concerns
• Manages programs and quality of services at the assigned district level, confirming IEP and program needs are regularly addressed, regularly assess compliance of services delivered to the district(s)
• Other duties as assigned
