Job description

We're launching a new initiative and seeking a part-time Clinical Supervisor for our After-School ABA Program.

About Us

At The Place for Children with Autism, we are committed to breaking barriers and making a meaningful impact on children and families. We are excited to introduce our new After-School ABA Program and are looking for a dedicated Clinical Supervisor to lead its development and operation.

Role and Responsibilities
  1. Program Leadership: Lead the design, launch, and daily management of the ABA program, ensuring clinical excellence.
  2. Clinical Oversight: Provide supervision for client caseloads, ensuring treatment plans adhere to ABA best practices while maintaining 22 billable hours weekly.
  3. Caregiver Training: Conduct training sessions for families to support their child's progress.
  4. Client Assessments and Treatment Planning: Complete intake assessments, develop, and update individualized treatment plans based on data.
  5. RBT Oversight: Monitor, mentor, and evaluate RBTs' performance, providing ongoing training and feedback.
  6. Documentation and Data Management: Maintain accurate client notes and data records.
  7. Team Culture: Foster a positive, supportive environment among staff, clients, and families.
Program Hours

Core hours: Weekdays 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM; Optional Saturdays 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM; Flexible daytime hours for planning and oversight.

What We Offer
  • Salary: $45,000 - $57,000, commensurate with experience
  • Part-time, exempt, salaried position

Qualifications
  • Master's Degree in Psychology, Education, ABA, or related field
  • Illinois Licensed Behavior Analyst (required)
  • Experience in clinical settings preferred
  • Proficiency with systems like Central Reach
  • Excellent communication skills and management experience
