Lancesoft INC is seeking a BCBA Clinical Supervisor in Menifee, CA to lead ABA programs for children with autism, oversee client progress, and mentor clinical teams.

Responsibilities include conducting FBAs/FBAs and developing treatment plans, maintaining 25 billable hours weekly, supervising staff, ensuring BACB compliance, and training teams and families. Requirements include a Master’s degree and active BCBA certification, plus strong ABA and supervisory experience.

Salary: $80,000 – $90,000/year (DOE)*** Location: Menifee, CA
